We are very happy to announce that we have sold most of our properties in Cádiz in a €1,4M operation. All the properties have been sold at our goal price as forecast, achieving all our capital gain profits. Congrats to all our investors!

The properties we have sold are:

5. Cristobal Colón
6. Santiago Terry
7. Buenos Aires
8. Maria Arteaga

These are very good news, not only for our investors but also for Brickstarter:

1. First of all, it is an important endorsement for our business model: Brickstarter develops high yield real estate assets for the final investors.
2. Our asset selection model based on big data works and delivers.
3. More than 50% of our funded assets have been already sold, improving our forecast yields. Increasing our assets turnover improves our investor's IRR and Brickstarter revenues.
4. Brickstater will manage all the sold properties in the future to make sure all the profit goals are achieved for the new owner. It will also strengthen our management business unit.

In the following days, we will be paying all the investment and capital gains to all our investors.
