This is good news for Brickstarter:

1. The sales illustrate our business model: Brickstarter develops real estate assets for their final sale to investors.
2. As of this date, more than half of the published properties have been sold; the result of each one is detailed on its property page. Greater asset turnover can improve the IRR, without any guarantee, and mean higher income for the platform.
3. Brickstarter will continue to manage the properties that have been sold and will keep strengthening its apartment management business unit.

The result and the settlement of each transaction are reported to investors in their private area.
