IMPORTANT OPERATIONAL UPDATE
Dear Investor,
Since January 1st, Lemonway has implemented a major system update due to new regulatory requirements.
This update has generated significant technical incidents within their infrastructure which, as our platform is directly interconnected with their system (they manage the payment technology and user funds), has also impacted Brickstarter.
Currently:
▪ Many wallets are blocked or frozen
▪ Some operations cannot be executed
▪ Certain bank transfers remain pending without being properly allocated
▪ The secondary market is affected as it depends on operational wallets

This situation is generating a very high volume of incidents. Lemonway is currently overwhelmed with support tickets, which is slowing down resolutions.
It is important to clarify that:
✅ Card transactions are operating normally
✅ Real estate assets are not affected
✅ Investments continue generating returns

In order to avoid generating further discomfort or additional blocked operations, we have decided to temporarily suspend for at least one week:
▪ The secondary market
▪ Bank transfer deposits

The objective is to stabilize the situation before reactivating these functionalities and to prevent further operational disruption.
