It has been almost 2 years since the publication of our last opportunity in Cadiz "San Telmo 3". Prices in Cadiz have skyrocketed, and we are in the process of divesting the Cadiz capital, which has worked so well for us.

So why invest in this attic?

As you know, we invest in Suarez 1 and Suarez 2, properties that we selected because we consider them to be excellent investment opportunities due to their location, condition and price. These properties are located in the same building as this new opportunity Suarez Duplex Attic.

Being a small community of neighbors, we had the opportunity to acquire the attic(duplex), which was in a situation of ruin, reaching an agreement with the community, to include in the deed of sale, the agreement of the private use of the terrace.

The state of the property was such that we have been forced to replace much of the roof of the terrace, being a long and tedious reform, hence we did not want to publish the opportunity until now, which is in the last phase of the reform.

But we have gotten the maximum potential of this diamond in the rough, and the final result will be the most exclusive property, and probably the best business opportunity published so far.
