Brickstarter lets you invest in real estate opportunities in a convenient and streamlined way, with the possibility of receiving income from the operation of the property and a capital gain if it is sold at a profit. It lets you decide how much to invest in each opportunity, diversifying risks. You will also benefit from our experience in choosing and managing properties.

Investing in this product carries a risk of total or partial loss of the invested capital. Past or estimated returns do not guarantee future returns.

Brickstarter earns its income through fees, which may include: a study fee for the operation, to cover the costs of studying the opportunity (sourcing the property, feasibility study, suitability study, listing, advertising, etc.); a fee on the sale of the property; a success fee on the profits obtained; and fees for managing the apartment (cleaning, welcoming guests on arrival, listing the apartments on the different web portals, updating and maintaining rates, etc.).

The amount of these fees depends on the type of property and may vary for each specific opportunity. The exact terms are set out in the business plan of each opportunity, before you invest.
