News to share. We are pleased to announce that we are now officially the owners of our building. After months of negotiations and paperwork, we were finally able to sign the deeds last January. The building is now officially ours, and we can say so with pride!

We are also pleased to share that we will publish a new investment opportunity related to this building. We have made a lot of progress on the renovation, and we have already made the furniture and appliance purchases needed to offer our residents a cozy and pleasant space.
