Fantastic news to share! We are pleased to announce that we now officially own the building. After months of negotiations and paperwork, we were finally able to sign the deeds last January. The building is now officially ours, and we can say that with pride!

We're also pleased to share that this week we will open up a new investment opportunity for people who wish to become a part of our family. We've made significant progress on the renovation, and we've already made the furniture and appliance purchases necessary to provide our residents with a cozy and welcoming space.
