We are constantly scanning the market, visiting, studying and making offers on properties that could become new opportunities.

Although we always have some interesting opportunities within reach, sometimes we prefer to wait for a better one, an opportunity that meets our criteria.

This is why, at a given moment, there may be no open investment opportunity published.

It would be very easy for us to publish one of the (literally) thousands of opportunities out there. But that is not our philosophy.

Brickstarter develops and manages its opportunities until they are sold. We are responsible for the process.

That is why we only publish opportunities that meet our analysis criteria.

In a way, we believe that not having an open opportunity is the lesser evil, and that it helps us remember our principles. Investment decisions should be made calmly and without rushing. It is better to have no opportunity published than to have one published that does not meet our criteria.

If it is not good for you, it is not good for Brickstarter. And we would rather not invest than invest in an opportunity that does not meet our criteria.
