New investment opportunity in Alicante: Calle Mayor

At Brickstarter we have launched a new investment opportunity in Alicante.

The next city where we have positioned ourselves is Alicante, where we have secured a tourist apartment with an estimated net rental yield of 5.5% and an estimated IRR above 9%.

The opportunity has been launched at a final price of €154,466.

Now, the next step is for Brickstarter to take over its tourist operation. We are talking about a semi-new property with capacity for 4 guests, located right in the center of Alicante, which already holds the tourist license. Occupancy in line with that of the local market is estimated, although this is not guaranteed.

After a vacation rental period and, where applicable, the distribution of the results obtained from the tourist operation among all investors, Brickstarter plans to sell the property at an estimated exit price of around €180,000, with neither the sale nor its price being guaranteed.
