What is Brickstarter?

At Brickstarter, we finance our own real estate opportunities. As specialists in the investment and management of tourist apartments, we assess the feasibility and solvency of each project.

Through our platform, any investor can become a lender with us and participate in the outcome of each project.

Please note that Brickstarter does not finance third-party opportunities, and it is not a crowdfunding platform.

What are the advantages of investing with Brickstarter?

Brickstarter allows you to invest in real estate properties in a safe, comfortable and agile way, obtaining every month, income from the exploitation of the property, and a subsequent surplus value once it is sold. Brickstarter allows you to decide how much to invest in each of the opportunities, diversifying risks and maximizing benefits.

You will also benefit from our extensive experience in choosing and managing properties, without having to worry about nothing.

What are Brickstarter fees?

In Brickstater we earn money if you earn money. That´s it. Although our fee can change from one opportunity to another (to check the definitive fees of one opportunity, you should check the business plan of that opportunity) Our fees are usually divided as follows:

  • 6% Study commission to cover the costs of studying the opportunity (acquisition of the property, feasibility study, adequacy study, publication, advertising, etc ...)
  • 4% commission, when the property is sold
  • 10% successful fee of the profit (only if the IRR yield objective has been reached)
  • Management fee of the apartment. 30% includes: cleaning apartment, apartment linen and towels, meeting the guests upon arrival, register the apartments in the different web portals, update all the police registry, update and maintain rates, etc.
